About Wesley M.
Wilson: His broad background includes
farm boy in the 1920s and 1930s, when his family had no electricity or running
water, but they had many books and magazines to read by the light of
kerosene lamps, At age 17, he became a merchant seaman during the last year of World War
II. He served an enlistment in the U.S. Army, 1946-1947, to get the World
War II "G.I. Bill" education benefits. He studied in universities in
Chicago for many
years, part-time, or full-time while working part-time in many jobs. He later worked as electrical engineer, personnel director, attorney, and part-time university
teacher, always traveling whenever he could. He has earned Bachelor of Science, Master of
Business Administration, and Juris Doctor degrees from universities in the USA. His interest in history and his curiosity led him to observe other
cultures and to note their beliefs in the daily journal he always writes when
traveling. His first book, "Labor Law Handbook," was published in
1963, and 10 cumulative pocket supplements, 1968-1985. His next two books
were also on labor law. He retired young to travel and study languages and
cultures. He is listed in "Who's Who In The World," "Who's
Who in America," "Who's Who In American Law," and in many listings of authors.
